Devstack Scripts

Whenever, we install openstack devstack [1], it has several shell scripts that may help to make our life easy. Here are some scripts and what they does.

run_tests.sh : This runs a series of unit tests for devstack to ensure it’s functioning

stack.sh: It  installs and configures various combinations of **Ceilometer**, **Cinder**, # **Glance**, **Heat**, **Horizon**, **Keystone**, **Nova**, **Neutron**, # and **Swift**

rejoin_stack.sh :  This script rejoins an existing screen, or re-creates a  screen session from a previous run of stack.sh.

unstack.sh: Remove the current installation of devstack (undo action of  ./stack.sh)

clean.sh: Clean errors after an unsuccesful installation.

exercise.sh: Run all the exercise available in the exercise directory. For example, “swift.sh” available in exercise directory checks swift installation via the ‘swift’ command
